Initial Consultation 

The initial consultation involves taking a detailed history taking, including a discussion of methods already tried to remove the wax. Then you will have an endoscopic assessment, which involves a small camera gently inserted into the ear canal. This enables the diagnosis and also assists in the choice of the most appropriate removal method. You will also be able to see this live on a large screen. The price of the consultation is included in the cost of removal. Very rarely there is no wax to remove and no treatment required, in this instance the consultation is £20. As Richard is an experienced nurse, he may also help with any other medical issues you may have.
